Red Robin is introducing the limited-time Prime Rib Stack Burger and several new menu items starting Oct. 19 at participating locations nationwide. The menu also brings back two fan-favorite burgers and adds a line of bottomless Refreshers.
The Prime Rib Stack Burger has a hand-pressed beef patty, sliced prime rib, Monterey Jack cheese, caramelized onions, and garlic aioli. It is served on a black-and-white sesame seed brioche bun with a bottomless side. “Burgers are in our DNA, and we wanted to create a burger that brings a little extra indulgence to the table,” said Brian Sullivan, executive chef and vice president of culinary and beverage innovation at Red Robin.
The Bleu Ribbon Burger and Burnin’ Love Burger return to the Big YUMMM Deals menu, starting at $9.99. Each deal includes an entrée, bottomless side, and beverage. The Bleu Ribbon has Heinz 57 Sauce, bleu cheese crumbles, crispy onion straws, lettuce, tomato, and green chili aioli. The Burnin’ Love has fried jalapeño coins, salsa, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and green chili aioli.
Other additions include Spinach Artichoke Dip and two new chicken wing flavors, Lemon Pepper and Lemon Pepper Buzz. Signature Grilled Chicken & Broccoli can be finished with ancho marinade, Whiskey River BBQ sauce, teriyaki, or blackened seasoning. Two milkshakes round out the list: Cookie Dough and Salted Caramel Brownie.
The new bottomless Refreshers come in five flavors: Tropical Dragon Fruit, Mango Passion Lemonade, Sunset Lemonade, Poppin’ Purple Lemonade and Raspberry Limeade. Guests can add Red Bull to any flavor. Sullivan said the drinks tap into current beverage trends.
