Snack brand Khloud has announced the launch of Khloud Plus Collagen Protein Chips, a new functional product line expanding its current chip offerings. Co-founded by Khloé Kardashian, the brand is debuting the new line exclusively at Walmart locations.
Each 1.6-ounce bag contains 17 grams of total protein, which includes 2 grams of hydrolyzed collagen. The product retains the brand’s original tortilla chip format while providing higher protein content per serving compared to the original chips.
According to Olivia Weihe, Senior Director of R&D at Khloud, the product uses hydrolyzed collagen to blend two functional benefits into a single snack without altering flavor or texture. The chips are gluten-free, non-GMO, and made without seed oils.
The new product line is priced at $3.48 per single bag and is available in Sweet Heat, Nacho, and Buffalo flavors, as well as a new Walmart-exclusive Jalapeño flavor. A variety pack containing Nacho, Buffalo, and Sweet Heat is also available for $9.99.
Kristin Piper, Vice President of Wellness Merchandise at Walmart, stated that the retail addition responds to customer demand for accessible protein options. The launch marks the latest retail expansion for the Khloud product catalog.
