MGM Grand in Las Vegas is partnering with Four Sixes Ranch and writer, director, and producer Taylor Sheridan to open Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse in early 2027. The restaurant will take over the former Crush American Grill space at the resort.
The steakhouse follows a two-year run on the Las Vegas Strip. It will return with a new menu and a redesigned setting.
The menu will take the approach of a boutique steakhouse, pairing ranch recipes with prime-grade beef and signature cuts sourced directly from Four Sixes Ranch. Flavors will draw on Texas cuisine. The beverage program will include specialty craft cocktails, a curated wine list and rare spirits.
Guests will dine in a space with digital walls showing custom footage from Sheridan of the landscapes of the American West. Charisse Cardenas, production designer for “Landman,” “Lioness,” “The Madison,” and “American Sniper,” is designing the dining room. Plans also call for special events.
“The arrival of the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse represents a pivotal moment in the evolution of our guest experience,” said Ari Kastrati, chief content, hospitality and development officer for MGM Resorts. Sheridan said the ranch “has always stood for an uncompromising standard of craft and tradition,” and that every dish will tell a story of the American West.
Four Sixes Ranch covers 260,000 acres and is known for its cattle, horses, and land stewardship. Sheridan, an owner of the ranch, has brought its world to audiences through shows including “Yellowstone,” “1883,” “Landman” and “1923.”
