Gibson has announced the upcoming grand opening of Gibson Garage Miami, scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026. Located in the Wynwood Art District at 2660 NW 3rd Ave., the venue serves as the company’s third global retail and experience destination following previous locations in Nashville and London.
The 8,000-square-foot facility will display over 500 instruments across the company’s family of brands, including Gibson, Epiphone, Kramer, MESA/Boogie, Maestro, KRK, and Gibson Amplifiers. The interior space features a moving overhead conveyor belt of guitars designed to mirror the finishing process used in the brand’s production facilities.
A central feature of the Miami location is a live performance stage intended for regular artist showcases, album release events, and community programming. The venue will also highlight Latin culture influences, local designer apparel collaborations, memorabilia, rare instruments, and the debut of the first stateside Gibson Gallery art installation.
For custom instrument creation, the location offers access to the Gibson Custom Made to Measure program. Visitors can collaborate with staff to select wood tops, neck profiles, pickups, hardware, and finishes, with the custom guitars handcrafted by artisans at the company’s Nashville facility.
Situated on the ground floor of the Wynwood Garage, the property space was leased through Goldman Properties. Additional details regarding grand opening week celebrations and scheduled artist performances will be announced leading up to the Sept. 10 opening.
