Four Roses Distillery has announced the upcoming release of its 2026 Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon, scheduled to hit shelves on October 10. The bottling marks the 19th annual installment in the heritage Kentucky brand’s specialty small batch series.
Bottled at barrel strength without chill filtration, the 2026 release features a final proof of 109.2. The master distillery team selected four distinct batches aged between 14 and 23 years to create the final blend.
The liquid brings together three of the distillery’s 10 proprietary bourbon recipes. The composition includes a 14-year-old OBSK, a 14-year-old OESK, a 15-year-old OESV, and a 23-year-old OESK batch.
Tasting notes provided by the distillery indicate an aroma of apricot and light oak on the nose. The flavor profile features baking spice, honey, and wood notes, leading into a finish of fruit, vanilla, and caramel.
Four Roses will produce approximately 16,800 bottles for nationwide distribution with a suggested retail price of $249. In addition to select retail locations across the country, bottles will be available at the Four Roses Distillery Visitor Centers in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, starting October 10 while supplies last.
