We Love Doodles Doodlepalooza set a Guinness World Records title for the most dogs attending a dog pool party on Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026. The inaugural event took place at Cowabunga Canyon in Las Vegas with an official adjudicator on site to verify the record.
Organized by Doodle Rescue USA and presented by We Love Doodles, the event brought together 296 doodles, poodle mixes, and their families. Participating dogs utilized the waterpark’s wave pool, splash pad, and kiddie area while owners gathered in shallow-water and grassy zones.
All funds raised during the gathering go directly toward supporting Doodle Rescue USA and its operations within the Las Vegas community. The nonprofit provides veterinary care, professional grooming, foster placements, transportation, behavioral assessments, and adoption services for rescued dogs.
Entry to the record-setting event was open to doodle families who traveled to Cowabunga Canyon for the afternoon waterpark gathering. Information on adopting, fostering, or making donations is available directly through the rescue organization’s official channels.
Event sponsor We Love Doodles is a San Mateo, California-based dog grooming brand that produces at-home care products and resources for dog owners. The company supported the fundraiser alongside local nonprofit Doodle Rescue USA, which rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes doodles and poodle mixes across the Las Vegas Valley. Founder and CEO Garrett Yamasaki leads We Love Doodles.
