TLC has announced the return of two reality series to its Tuesday night programming schedule. New seasons of 1000-lb Roomies and 1000-lb Sisters will premiere in late August and early September.
The new season of 1000-lb Roomies premieres on Tuesday, August 25 at 10:00 PM ET/PT. The show continues to follow best friends and roommates Jaz and Nesha as they focus on their health journeys, evolving relationships, and personal pursuits.
During the upcoming season, Jaz works on her recovery and independence while exploring a new romantic relationship. Meanwhile, Nesha launches an event planning business, hosts a speed-dating event, and confronts the impact of growing up in a religious cult.
The following week, 1000-lb Sisters returns for its new season on Tuesday, September 1 at 9:00 PM ET/PT. Sisters Tammy and Amy navigate weight loss progress, relationship developments, and emotional milestones throughout the upcoming episodes.
Tammy accepts a surprise marriage proposal from Andrea, leading the couple to navigate future planning, independence, and personal relationship hurdles. Amy continues her weight loss efforts, seeks skin-removal surgery, learns to drive, and uses artificial intelligence tools to convert her poetry into original songs.
