Six-time Grammy Award-winning jazz vocalist Samara Joy has released her first live collection of recordings. The five-track EP, Live at the Blue Note L.A., came out Oct. 23.

The recordings were made during Joy’s sold-out April 2026 run at Blue Note Los Angeles. The EP features Joy and her touring septet performing in an intimate club setting.

Across the five tracks, Joy’s vocal control and expressive phrasing stay at the center, supported by the close interplay of her touring band. The tracklist includes “‘Round Midnight,” “Yesterdays,” “Lush Life,” “No More Blues” and “No More Blues Reprise.”

Listeners can stream the EP now. It is also available to order on a U.S.-exclusive sunburst-colored vinyl, as well as standard vinyl and CD.

Joy has helped introduce jazz to a new generation of listeners. Her latest studio album, Portrait, earned her a sixth Grammy Award for Best Jazz Vocal Album and showcased her growth as a vocalist, lyricist, and bandleader. NPR Music called it “the most jazz literate album of her career so far,” and WRTI described it as “an artistic breakthrough.”

Joy will continue touring across the U.S. and Europe through the remainder of 2026, followed by headline dates in 2027. More information is available on her official website.
