Pepperidge Farm has announced Goldfish Gluten Free cheese crackers, marking the brand’s first certified gluten-free offering. The new product line was developed in response to consumer requests submitted through social media messages and letters sent to the company.
The gluten-free crackers feature the brand’s traditional cheddar flavor and fish shape. Like standard Goldfish crackers, the gluten-free version is baked, made with real cheese, and produced without artificial colors or preservatives.
The product development aimed to replicate the taste and texture of original Goldfish crackers while meeting gluten-free certification standards. Pepperidge Farm noted that roughly 30 percent of the U.S. population seeks gluten-free food options.
Nationwide retail distribution for Goldfish Gluten Free will begin in November 2026. The crackers will be packaged in five-ounce bags with a suggested retail price of $4.99.
The new product will be available through grocery stores and general retailers across the United States. Further availability and store details will be available as the November roll-out approaches.
