The series will release two episodes each Friday on HBO and HBO Max, wrapping up on Oct. 9. On premiere night, the first episode airs at 8:00 p.m., followed immediately by the second episode at 8:45 p.m.

Subsequent double-episode drops will take place on Sept. 25, Oct. 2, and Oct. 9. Both episodes will be available to stream on HBO Max starting at 8:00 p.m. on their respective premiere dates.

The project is executive produced by Jay-Z and Rubin, with Rubin making his directorial documentary debut. Featured participants in the series are limited to Jay-Z and Rubin.
