Guitar manufacturer Gibson has named Colombian singer-songwriter Paula Pera as its September Gibson Artist Spotlight musician. The program highlights emerging international artists across Gibson’s global digital channels, website, social media, and physical store locations.

Performing under the name Paula Pera y El Fin de los Tiempos, the Bogotá-based artist combines indie rock, retro pop, and Latin American música de plancha. Pera emerged in Colombia’s indie music scene in 2021, performing at venues including Teatro Colón, Movistar Arena, and the Festival Estéreo Picnic.

Her debut album, Fin de los Tiempos, was released in 2024 and earned a nomination at the Premios Nuestra Tierra following her selection for Amazon Music’s Rompe Colombia initiative in 2023. Pera is currently working on her second studio album, noquieroquemequieras, which is slated for release in May 2026.

Listeners can access Pera’s music, interview feature, and single video for “noquieroquemequieras” through the Gibson Gazette website and Gibson’s monthly Spotify playlist. Additional coverage and promotional content are featured across Gibson’s social platforms and in-store displays at the Gibson Garage locations.

The Gibson Artist Spotlight is an ongoing program created by the Nashville-headquartered instrument brand to promote rising musicians globally. The 2026 artist lineup features international acts including De Nachtwacht, Night Traveler, Charlotte Sands, Corella, verygently, Black Polish, jo0ji, Ponpon, Nieve Ella, Bandalos Chinos, and Last Train.
