Twenty-five years after Take Off Your Pants and Jacket debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, Geffen Records has released a new anniversary edition of the blink-182 album, bringing six previously hard-to-find tracks to streaming services for the first time.
Released on June 12, 2026, the expanded edition combines all of the bonus songs that were originally spread across three different versions of the album when it first arrived on June 12, 2001.
The original release became the first punk rock album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. It featured several of the band’s most recognizable songs, including “The Rock Show,” “First Date,” and “Stay Together for the Kids.”
The 25th anniversary edition includes the album’s original 13-track lineup along with six vault tracks that had never previously been available together on a streaming release.
When the album first launched in 2001, early copies were issued in three separate configurations tied to the artwork on the cover. Fans could purchase versions featuring a red airplane, yellow pants, or green jacket emblem, with each edition containing two exclusive hidden tracks.
The newly released collection reunites all six bonus songs on a single album for the first time.
Fans can also pre-order a new 2-LP vinyl edition beginning today. The black vinyl release includes a randomly selected airplane, pants, or jacket emblem etched onto Side D, meaning buyers will not know which design they receive until opening the package.
Take Off Your Pants and Jacket was written by band members Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge, and Travis Barker and produced by Jerry Finn, who also produced the group’s 1999 album Enema of the State.
Beyond its Billboard success, the album also reached No. 1 in Canada and Germany and topped the United Kingdom’s Official Rock & Metal Albums chart.
Over the years, the record has continued to receive recognition from music publications. Billboard described the album as “a sonic bible for many millennials,” while retrospective reviews from publications including The New Yorker, AbsolutePunk, and Reverb have highlighted its place within blink-182’s catalog.
The anniversary edition tracklist includes:
Anthem Part Two, Online Songs, First Date, Happy Holidays, You Bastard, Story of a Lonely Guy, The Rock Show, Stay Together for the Kids, Roller Coaster, Reckless Abandon, Every Time I Look for You, Give Me One Good Reason, Shut Up, Please Take Me Home.
Vault tracks include: time to break up, mother’s day, what went wrong, fuck a dog, don’t tell me it’s over, and when you fucked grandpa.
