The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum launched a Kickstarter campaign on September 25, 2026, to produce the first official bobbleheads based on the 1973 stage production The Rocky Horror Show. The crowdfunding effort aims to raise $15,000 to fund the manufacturing of seven licensed character figures.

The collection features figures modeled after Dr. Frank N. Furter, Rocky, Brad, Janet, Magenta, Riff Raff, and Columbia. The Dr. Frank N. Furter figure stands on a red circular base featuring his name and a bobbling logo, depicting the character in a corset, fishnet stockings, pearl necklace, and platform shoes.

The Kickstarter campaign runs through midnight Central Time on Saturday, October 31, 2026. Production quantities will be limited based on total backer demand, with the Dr. Frank N. Furter figure offered exclusively to campaign backers.

Individual bobbleheads are available to campaign backers for $30 each plus shipping fees, alongside additional campaign reward tiers and non-figure support options starting at $1. The museum is an official licensee of The Rocky Horror Show.

Created by Richard O’Brien, The Rocky Horror Show premiered at London’s Royal Court Theatre in 1973 before adapting into the 1975 film The Rocky Horror Picture Show. The movie was selected for preservation in the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2005 and continues as a long-running theatrical release.
