Zac Brown Band celebrated its 15th consecutive sold-out show at Fenway Park on Sunday by gifting a cruise vacation to every fan in attendance. The surprise announcement took place during the band’s performance at the Boston venue.
Frontman Zac Brown announced the giveaway on stage before performing the song “Same Boat.” More than 37,000 fans in attendance received a two-person cruise ticket for select Margaritaville at Sea sailings over the coming year.
The giveaway is valued at more than $40 million. The gesture was coordinated in partnership with Margaritaville at Sea, which is currently presenting the group’s Love & Fear U.S. Tour.
The tour began in July and runs through November across 27 shows nationwide. As part of the ongoing tour, the band gives away four cruises per show aboard the cruise line’s upcoming ship, the Beachcomber, which is set to launch in January 2027.
The new ship will feature a music venue called “Same Boat,” co-designed by Brown in tribute to his 2021 song collaboration with Jimmy Buffett. The venue will host live music performances, craft cocktails, and artist-curated events.
Sunday’s concert was broadcast live on SiriusXM’s Radio Margaritaville and live streamed on nugs. The performance is now available for on-demand viewing exclusively on nugs.
