The criminal drama series MobLand will return for its second season on Friday, September 18. Paramount+ confirmed the global streaming date alongside the release of a new teaser trailer and promotional imagery for the upcoming episodes. The ten-episode season is produced in association with Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios.
Tom Hardy returns to the cast as the street-smart fixer Harry da Souza. He stars alongside Pierce Brosnan and Helen Mirren, who play Conrad and Maeve, the heads of the fractured Harrigan crime family. The new season focuses on the internal and external conflicts surrounding the family organization.
The storyline follows the central characters as they struggle to present a unified front against rising rival organizations. Fixer Harry da Souza must navigate escalating family tensions while violence threatens their business operations. The production team notes that the narrative explores fractured loyalties and a direct battle for control.
The ensemble cast includes Paddy Considine, Joanne Froggatt, Lara Pulver, Anson Boon, and Mandeep Dhillon. Additional performances are delivered by Jasmine Jobson, Teddie Allen, Emmett J. Scanlan, Johnny Flynn, Ophelia Lovibond, Janet McTeer, and Toby Jones. Production photography for the upcoming series is credited to Luke Varley.
Executive producers for the program include David C. Glasser, Guy Ritchie, Jez Butterworth, and Tom Hardy.
