Award-winning composer Jim Lang and The PS 118 AllStars will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the animated television series Hey Arnold! with a North American concert tour this fall. The live performance tour features show stops in New York City, Los Angeles, Nashville, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Led by Lang, who created the original score and theme music for the Nickelodeon series, The PS 118 AllStars will perform the show’s soundtrack live on stage. The musical repertoire blends jazz, hip hop, blues, R&B, and funk elements that defined the original series.
The concert event includes multimedia visuals alongside behind-the-scenes stories about the creation of the music. Series creator Craig Bartlett will also make special guest appearances during the tour performances.
Tickets for the North American tour dates are currently on sale, with several venue dates already sold out. Access and purchasing information for all cities is available through the official tour listings.
Hey Arnold! originally debuted 30 years ago, gaining recognition for its music and storylines focused on urban youth, immigrant experiences, and unconventional families. Lang’s score continues to reach listeners across generations through its distinct multi-genre arrangements.
