Country artist Tim McGraw has launched his North American summer tour, titled the Pawn Shop Guitar Tour. The concert series officially began with an opening night performance at the Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, New York. Following the opener, the tour continued over the weekend with stops at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, and Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
The concert production is divided into two distinct acts to represent McGraw’s 35-year career. The show begins with a full-band unplugged set designed to mimic the atmosphere of an intimate Nashville club. The second act transitions into a fully electric performance featuring larger production elements.
During each concert, McGraw selects one young member of the audience to receive a guitar purchased from a local pawn shop. The stadium dates on the tour feature special guests The Chicks and Lady A, alongside support acts 49 Winchester and Timothy Wayne. The remaining two stadium performances are scheduled for Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts, and Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The tour setlist features McGraw’s well-known hits, deep cuts, and the first live performances of his two newest songs, “Pawn Shop Guitar” and “Song for America.” Released a few weeks ago, these tracks represent his first new music in more than a year. The autobiographical song “Pawn Shop Guitar” is accompanied by a new lyric video, while “Song for America” was written in honor of the country’s 250th birthday.
The tour will continue across North America through September 26, 2026. Upcoming tour stops include performances in Dallas, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia, and Chicago, Illinois. Tickets for the remaining concert dates are currently available for purchase through the artist’s official website
