Rock and Roll Hall of Fame vocalist Colin Blunstone has announced a 19-city United States tour scheduled for this upcoming September. The tour schedule will cover multiple concert locations across the Northeast and Midwest regions.
The concert lineup features a unique triple-bill performance alongside English New Wave band The Fixx and fellow British Invasion artist Peter Asher. The upcoming performances cross generations to unite two distinct eras of British music, matching 1960s chart-toppers with musical artists from the 1980s MTV era.
The multi-city tour announcement coincided with Blunstone’s 81st birthday, following a recently concluded 16-date headline tour of the United Kingdom. The singer plans to spend the summer season in the studio completing a new solo album, which is scheduled for release in early 2027.
Blunstone is best known as the lead singer of the iconic 1960s band The Zombies, performing on hit tracks such as “She’s Not There,” “Tell Her No,” and “Time of the Season.” His extensive catalog also includes 12 solo albums, a 1971 debut record titled One Year, and multiple collaborative guest vocal performances on five albums with The Alan Parsons Project.
The upcoming solo performances follow a 25-year period of active touring and recording with a reunited version of The Zombies alongside keyboardist Rod Argent. The band stopped touring in 2024 due to health reasons regarding Argent, prompting Blunstone to revisit his solo catalog.
