Production begins on season two of CBS series Marshals in Utah

Paramount Television Studios has started production in Park City, Utah, on the second season of the broadcast series “Marshals.” The upcoming season is scheduled to premiere this fall.

The series stars Luke Grimes, who reprises his role as Kayce Dutton. The plot follows Dutton as he joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, using his background as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana.

Produced by Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios, the drama averaged 20.4 million multiplatform viewers across its first eight episodes. The production ranks as the top new broadcast series.

Taylor Sheridan, David Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Spencer Hudnut, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Michael Freidman, Luke Grimes, and Keith Cox serve as executive producers. Hudnut also operates as the showrunner for the series.
