Paramount+ releases trailer for Dexter: Resurrection season two

Paramount+ has released the official trailer and key art for the second season of the drama series Dexter: Resurrection, starring Michael C. Hall. The show will premiere on Friday, October 30, streaming exclusively on the Paramount+ Premium Plan.

The new season features main character Dexter Morgan positioned between two distinct killers, including a long-established killer and a new suspect operating in New York. The storyline also follows Dexter’s son, Harrison, played by Jack Alcott, as he continues his own pursuit of justice.

In addition to returning cast members Uma Thurman, Jack Alcott, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington, and James Remar, the second season introduces several new series regulars. Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson, and Brian Cox join the regular cast, alongside guest appearances by Krysten Ritter and Gabriel Luna.

Subscribers can access season two and binge the entire first season on the Paramount+ Premium Plan. The official companion after-show, Dexter: Final Cut, hosted by Jamie Chung, will stream weekly on the official YouTube channel starting Saturday, October 31 at 12 p.m. ET.

Dexter: Resurrection is produced by Paramount Television Studios and Counterpart Studios, with Clyde Phillips returning as showrunner and executive producer. Executive producers for the series include Michael C. Hall, Scott Reynolds, Marcos Siega, Tony Hernandez, Lilly Burns, John Goldwyn, Sara Colleton, Veronica West, Kirsa Rein, Tanner Bean, and Katrina Mathewson.
