New Balance has revealed the official apparel, footwear, and accessory collection for the upcoming 2026 TCS New York City Marathon. The launch marks the brand’s role as the official athletic footwear and apparel sponsor for New York Road Runners, the nonprofit organization behind the annual event.
The product line will release in three phases leading up to the race on Sunday, November 1. The full gear line arrives first on September 10, followed by a finisher collection on October 8, and an exclusive Five-Borough Collection available at the marathon expo from October 29 through October 31.
Designed around New York City culture, the collection features graphics inspired by wheat-pasted posters found throughout the city’s streetscape. Specific apparel pieces include performance singlets, tights, half-zips, and jackets, along with footwear models such as the SuperComp Elite v6 and the Ellipse.
Suggested retail prices for the collection range from $45 to $190 for apparel items, while footwear options range from $155 to $290. The final phase of the rollout celebrates the 50th anniversary of the race route spanning all five boroughs of New York City.
The 2026 race expects to bring nearly 60,000 runners to the city alongside more than two million spectators. Organizers at New York Road Runners have also established a goal of raising $100 million through the event’s Official Charity Partner Program.
