Singer and songwriter Jordan Davis has released his new single, “Mess.” Written by Davis alongside Jacob Davis, Travis Wood, and producer Paul DiGiovanni, the track explores the temptation of reconnecting with a former partner after a breakup.
The release follows Davis’s 2025 album, Learn The Hard Way. That project produced three consecutive number-one singles, including “I Ain’t Sayin’,” “Bar None,” and “Turn This Truck Around,” the latter of which became his 11th career chart-topping hit on country radio.
His previous album, Bluebird Days, featured four consecutive number-one singles. The project included the multi-platinum tracks “Buy Dirt” and “Next Thing You Know,” both of which earned Song of the Year honors at industry awards.
Before his recent releases, Davis debuted with the album Home State, which earned platinum certification. That debut project included the singles “Singles You Up,” “Take It From Me,” and “Slow Dance In A Parking Lot.”
Davis is currently on a U.S. tour running through October. Earlier this year, he completed an international tour with dates across the United Kingdom, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia, including a sold-out show at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.
Alongside his latest single, Davis recently released the songs “Like God Intended,” a cover of James Bay’s “Let It Go,” and a collaboration with Thomas Rhett titled “Ain’t A Bad Life.”
