Four custom residences featured on the seventh season of the HGTV television series Rock the Block have been officially listed for sale on the Las Vegas real estate market. The luxury properties were constructed by regional developer Landon Miller Homes and are located on Stange Avenue in the northwest sector of the city. Realtor Joe Fann of the agency Huntington & Ellis is representing each of the fully furnished properties, which are priced at $3.4 million each.
The four identical footprints were modified by competing teams of celebrity designers who installed individualized interior concepts and private outdoor amenities. The residence at 8595 Stange Avenue, styled as a modern hacienda by Scott McGillivray and Brooke Hogan, incorporates limestone walls, wood flooring, a secondary preparation kitchen, a rectangular swimming pool, and an outdoor fire pit. The adjacent home at 8585 Stange Avenue, curated by Taniya Nayak and Drew Lachey, features stone interior arches, a hidden speakeasy room, and an outdoor entertainment space.
The remaining two properties offer alternative architectural layouts and specialized recreation rooms. Builders configured 8575 Stange Avenue with elevated ceilings, a glass-enclosed lounge, a double circular swimming pool, and a detached guest house converted from an RV garage. The property at 8565 Stange Avenue was named the winning design of the television season after designers Kim Wolfe and Chelsea Meissner installed dark wood paneling, a large dining banquette, and an indoor spa retreat containing a sauna, a cold plunge pool, and a private gym.
To mark the conclusion of the television broadcast cycle, the homebuilder hosted a public block party and open house weekend at the property sites. The promotional event drew approximately 2,000 attendees who toured the finished interiors and residential grounds. The neighborhood gathering functioned as a charitable benefit to generate financial support and public awareness for HomeAid of Southern Nevada, a regional nonprofit organization working to assist families experiencing housing insecurity.
Landon Miller, founder and owner of the construction firm, stated that the television collaboration was intended to showcase contemporary luxury housing trends on a national platform. The local building company focuses its operations on customized indoor-outdoor architectural concepts. Detailed interior specifications, neighborhood layout plans, and formal purchasing documentation for the individual real estate listings have been published online through the developer’s official website.
