Robyn announces double-vinyl compilation of Body Talk trilogy

Pop artist Robyn has announced a self-curated compilation titled Complete Body Talk. The release unifies her Body Talktrilogy into a single, continuous collection for the first time.
The release is scheduled for July 17 and is currently available for pre-order. It will be manufactured as a double-vinyl set pressed on coke bottle vinyl. The compilation is packaged in a premium sleeve featuring a silver metallic cover design.
The tracklist includes songs from Body Talk Parts 1, 2, and 3. Confirmed tracks on the compilation include “Dancing On My Own,” “Call Your Girlfriend,” and “Hang With Me.”
Robyn originally released the material in 2010 through her own independent record label, Konichiwa Records. Instead of a traditional album format, she issued the songs in three distinct phases as they were finished. This resulted in Body Talk, Pt. 1 in June 2010, Body Talk, Pt. 2 in September 2010, and the final Body Talk full-length album in November 2010.
The independent release strategy and electronic musical direction drew global reviews at the time. The trilogy received critical coverage from media outlets including The Guardian, Financial Times, Rolling Stone, NME, and Pitchfork.
Robyn’s career began with her 1995 debut album, Robyn Is Here, which transitioned from a limited regional release into a global commercial hit. She followed the debut with My Truth in 1999 and Don’t Stop The Music in 2002, both of which were only released in Sweden before she established her own label for her self-titled fourth album.
