Apple Corps to open official Beatles fan destination at 3 Savile Row

Apple Corps Ltd. announced this week it will open the first official Beatles fan destination at the band’s former London headquarters at 3 Savile Row in 2027.
The ticketed experience, titled “The Beatles at 3 Savile Row,” will span seven floors of the Mayfair building. The site is notable in pop culture history as the location of Apple Corps’ 1960s headquarters, the studio where the “Let It Be” album was recorded, and the setting of the band’s final public performance on the rooftop in January 1969.
The attraction will feature never-before-seen material from the Apple Corps archives, rotating exhibits, a fan store, and a recreation of the original basement recording studio. Visitors will also have access to the rooftop where the 1969 concert took place.
“We’re thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give The Beatles fans something truly special,” said Apple Corps CEO Tom Greene. “Next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop where even the railings remain the same from that famous day in 1969.”
The announcement follows the 2025 appointment of Greene as the company’s third-ever CEO and a restructuring of Apple Corps to focus on experiential and digital initiatives.
“It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around,” Paul McCartney said. “There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop. The team have put together some really impressive plans and I’m excited for people to see it when it’s ready.”
Ringo Starr added of the project, “Wow, it’s like coming home.”
Apple Corps also confirmed that a second experience is currently in development, with details to be announced at a later date. Registration for news regarding the London site is available at thebeatles.com/3savilerow.
