Def Leppard to release newly mastered ‘Greatest Hits’ ahead of European tour

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Def Leppard announced Thursday the upcoming release of a newly mastered “Greatest Hits” collection, set to arrive June 12 as the band prepares for an extensive summer tour across the U.K. and Europe.

The album features 10 of the band’s most iconic tracks, including “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Hysteria,” and “Photograph.” The collection will be available on standard black vinyl and a special edition “blood red” marbled vinyl, the latter of which features exclusive 2026 tour artwork and will be sold exclusively at show dates.

The announcement follows a productive start to 2026 for the British quintet, which recently completed a sold-out monthlong residency in Las Vegas and a tour of India. The band also released a new single, “Rejoice,” which is currently available on digital platforms.

Def Leppard’s upcoming tour is scheduled for June and July, featuring special guests Extreme on most dates. The run includes a headline performance at London’s The O2 and the band’s first appearance in Paris in nearly 30 years.

With more than 110 million albums sold worldwide and two Diamond Awards, Def Leppard remains a dominant force in arena rock. The band — consisting of Joe Elliott, Phil Collen, Rick Savage, Vivian Campbell, and Rick Allen — has sold over 4.5 million tickets globally since 2022.

The “Greatest Hits” release continues a streak of chart success for the group, following their 2022 album Diamond Star Halos and their 2023 collaboration with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Drastic Symphonies. Earlier this year, the band was also honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
