The Corner Store is making its West Coast debut with a new location at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, opening on November 9, 2026. Created by Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm, and Catch Hospitality Group, the restaurant expands the concept from its original SoHo location in New York City.
Led by Chef Michael Vignola and Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo, the kitchen offers elevated American classics including lobster and caviar rolls, five cheese pizza rolls, and a Wagyu French dip. The Las Vegas venue features an expanded selection of steaks from The Butcher’s Counter, including a Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and Wagyu Porterhouse.
The beverage program, managed by Lucas Robinson and Gedeon Tsegaye, focuses on specialized martinis such as the Tomato Martini, Sour Cream and Onion Martini, and a large-format martini service designed for groups. Wine selections are curated by Catch Hospitality Group Wine Director Emily Buse and MGM Resorts Executive Director of Wine Douglas Kim.
Reservations for the new venue are open through The Cosmopolitan website or by phone, with operating hours set for seven nights a week starting at 5 p.m. The venue includes a main bar, the green onyx Martini Room, a main dining room, and a private dining space accommodating up to 24 guests.
Designed by Rockwell Group, the third-floor space incorporates burl wood, marble, antique mirrors, and Art Deco details meant to replicate a New York neighborhood atmosphere. The opening expands an ongoing partnership between MGM Resorts and Catch Hospitality Group, which previously opened CATCH at ARIA Resort and Casino in 2018.
