Sparks The Rescue launches East Coast tour this spring

Rock band Sparks The Rescue will hit the road for an east coast tour this spring, kicking off May 7 in Burlington and stopping in Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Albany, and other cities. The Brooklyn date is set for May 10 at The Wood Shop, 21a Meadow St., with tickets starting at $25 for fans ages 16 and older.

The band celebrated its 20th anniversary last year at Portland’s State Theatre and said touring again is a chance to reconnect with fans. “After some sparse activity over the last few years, it’s become more apparent than ever that we love spending time with each other and playing music together,” the group said. “That’s what it’s all about and we can’t wait to reconnect with some old friends who love the songs as much as we do. See you out there!”

Select shows will feature Wheatus, Signal the Escape, and The Sophomore Beat. For more information and ticket details, visit https://linktr.ee/sparkstherescue.

Formed in 1999 by Toby McAllister, Ben Briggs, and Nathan Spencer while in junior high, Sparks The Rescue evolved from a local skate-punk band into a widely recognized rock act. After years of regional touring, the group signed with Fearless Records and played notable events including the Vans Warped Tour and European dates with All American Rejects. In 2026, the band is releasing new music alongside its spring tour.
