Panera Bread will launch its autumn menu lineup at bakery-cafes nationwide starting August 19. The seasonal drop features the return of traditional favorites alongside several new food and beverage items.
The beverage menu features the return of the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte and its iced version, combining espresso, milk, pumpkin spice sauce, whipped cream, and pumpkin spice crumbles. New coffee additions include the Pumpkin Spice Iced Coffee topped with sweet cream cold foam and the blended Pumpkin Spice Frozen Java.
Two new baked items will also join the nationwide menu options. The Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll features sweet dough with cinnamon and pumpkin filling topped with pumpkin spice icing, while the Caramel Pumpkin Slice offers cake spiced with pumpkin, brown sugar, vanilla, and salted caramel swirls.
The bakery lineup will also feature the return of the Pumpkin Cookie, a pumpkin-shaped shortbread cookie decorated with icing. According to Scott Uehlein, VP of Culinary at Panera Bread, the company expanded its menu options to pair pumpkin beverages directly with matching bakery goods.
The seasonal fall items will be available for dine-in, delivery, drive-thru, and rapid pick-up at participating locations starting on the release date. Customers can access the items through standard cafe orders or through the company’s mobile application.
