Olivia Rodrigo has announced a new single-day music festival named Daisy Chain Fields, scheduled to take place on August 29 at Great Park in Irvine, California. The event will feature an all-women lineup of musical artists and will direct its net proceeds to nonprofit organizations dedicated to advancing and advocating for women and girls. Live Nation and C3 Presents are producing the outdoor event.

The festival roster features performances across two stages from artists including Bikini Kill, Chappell Roan, Die Spitz, Doechii, Eli, Garbage, KATSEYE, Mitski, Not For Radio, Quiet Light, Rachel Chinouriri, Santigold, The Breeders, and Rodrigo. Special guests scheduled to appear include Karen O, Sarah McLachlan, and Stevie Nicks. Ticket presales begin on Wednesday, June 24, with all ticket options sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Beyond the musical performances, the festival grounds will feature nonprofit activations, educational resources, community art experiences, and local vendors. Attendees will have access to information regarding reproductive rights, maternal health, economic empowerment, domestic violence prevention, and gender equity. Partner organizations for the event include Planned Parenthood, Baby2Baby, the Black Mamas Matter Alliance, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and the National Women’s Law Center.

The festival announcement follows the recent release of Rodrigo’s third studio album, titled “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love,” through Geffen Records. The album achieved the biggest solo debut of 2026, selling 485,000 units during its first week of release. The first single from the record, “drop dead,” made Rodrigo the first person to debut the first three singles off their first three albums at number one.

A second single from the album, “the cure,” also reached the number one spot on multiple Billboard charts, including the Hot Rock and Alternative Songs chart. Rodrigo also released a music video for the track “stupid song,” which was directed by Mitch Ryan and filmed in New York City. The video features choreography by prima ballerina Tiler Peck alongside dancers from the New York City Ballet and the American Ballet Theater.

Globally, Rodrigo has sold more than 36 million albums and received 14 Grammy Award nominations throughout her career. Her previous touring history includes a sold-out run for her first world tour in 2022 and her 100-show GUTS world tour, which concluded in the summer of 2025
