Nathaniel Rateliff, Stephen Stills, Mike McCready, Geezer Butler, State Radio, Scott Ian, and The Last Internationale have been added to the lineup for the Power to the People Festival. Curated by guitarist and activist Tom Morello, the one-day event takes place Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland.
The newly announced artists join a performer lineup that includes Foo Fighters, Dave Matthews, Bruce Springsteen, Joan Baez, Public Enemy, Brittany Howard, Dropkick Murphys, and Jack Black. The festival will also feature performances by Serj Tankian, Cypress Hill, Killer Mike, grandson, The Neighborhood Kids, Taylor Momsen, Matt Cameron, The Linda Lindas, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, Tom Morello, and a DJ set by Shepard Fairey.
Event organizers have launched the Power to the People Face Value Ticket Exchange in partnership with CashorTrade. The official platform allows ticket holders to buy and sell tickets at face value.
In addition to live music across two stages, the festival will host Freedom Village, a dedicated space highlighting civic engagement, grassroots organizing, mutual aid, and social impact initiatives. Participating organizations include Trans Maryland, the Woody Guthrie Center, the ACLU, and Rock the Vote.
A portion of general ticket proceeds and all net proceeds from VIP tickets will benefit non-profit organizations VoteRiders and HeadCount. HeadCount will also maintain an on-site presence during the festival to assist attendees with voter registration.
