The hit HGTV series Love It or List It is officially returning to the screen next month with a brand-new 12-episode order.

The new season is scheduled to premiere on Tuesday, June 23, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on HGTV, with episodes becoming available to stream the following day on HBO Max.

The upcoming season continues the rivalry between real estate agent David Visentin and designer Page Turner. The duo will go head-to-head in each episode to help families who are frustrated with their current homes. Page will lead full-scale renovations to update the homeowners’ current properties, while David will search the local real estate market to find alternative properties that meet the families’ needs. At the end of each episode, the homeowners must decide whether they will stay in their newly renovated house or sell it to move into a new property.

According to the network, the series drew over 17.2 million viewers across both linear television and streaming platforms during its previous season. The upcoming 12 episodes will feature a variety of living situations, including growing families, empty nesters, and a couple that has never actually lived in their home before.

In the season premiere, the focus turns to a family of five living in a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home. While the wife is looking for more space and patience and wants David to find a larger property for the whole family, her husband believes the current house has enough square footage for Page to execute a creative renovation.

Love It or List It is produced by Big Coat Media. Local viewers can tune in to the premiere on June 23 at 8 p.m. or stream the episode on HBO Max starting June 24.
