Three-time Grammy Award-winning musician Billy Strings announced an extension of his headlining tour through the fall of 2026, adding several arena stops across the United States.

The newly confirmed leg of the tour includes two-night residencies at Denver’s Ball Arena, as well as performances at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California; Pechanga Arena in San Diego; and the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans.

Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, April 3, at 10 a.m. local time. In a move to prioritize fans, Strings will also perform special theater shows in select cities. To become eligible for ticket requests for the smaller theater dates at the Paramount Theatre in Denver, the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, and the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans, fans must first purchase a ticket for a corresponding arena date in those respective cities.

The tour extension follows a significant year for the artist, whose latest album, Highway Prayers, recently won Best Bluegrass Album at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. The record, produced by Strings and Jon Brion, debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, marking the first time a bluegrass album has reached the top spot in 22 years.

Strings, who has been named Entertainer of the Year by the International Bluegrass Music Association for four of the last five years, continues his spring tour this month with stops in Boston, Charlottesville, and Portland. This summer, he is also slated to host the inaugural “Iona Freak Fair,” featuring performances by Sierra Hull and Greensky Bluegrass.
