Mumford & Sons to launch North American Prizefighter Tour next week
Mumford & Sons released a new collaborative version of their song “Here” today, featuring vocals from Sierra Ferrell. The track, titled “Here (with Sierra Ferrell) (Apple Music Sessions),” was originally recorded for Apple Music and is now available across all streaming platforms.
The single release follows a recent live performance of the song by the duo on NBC’s Saturday Night Live.
The band will launch its North American Prizefighter Tour this week. The stadium and arena schedule includes a three-night run at Madison Square Garden in New York, two nights at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, and stops at Wrigley Field in Chicago, Fenway Park in Boston, and Folsom Field in Boulder.
Ferrell will join the tour as a special guest alongside a rotating lineup of supporting acts. Other confirmed guests include CAAMP, Lord Huron, Marcus King Band, Dylan Gossett, and Medium Build.
The tour follows the release of the band’s latest album, Prizefighter, which debuted at number 10 on the Billboard 200 chart after its release last fall through Gentlemen of the Road and Glassnote Records. Aaron Dessner of The National co-produced and co-wrote the 14-song record, which features additional guest appearances by Hozier, Gracie Abrams, Chris Stapleton, and Gigi Perez.
The album was written in Hudson cafés and recorded at Long Pond, following the group’s March 2025 album Rushmere.
Media appearances will continue throughout the summer. The band is scheduled to perform on The TODAY Show’s Summer Concert Series on July 29, following recent interviews on NPR’s Morning Edition, Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard, and The Zane Lowe Show.
