Farm Aid 2026 will be broadcast across multiple national media platforms when the music and food festival takes place on Saturday, Sept. 26 at Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The event will feature a four-hour television presentation alongside satellite radio broadcasts and online video streams.
CNN will air a special presentation from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. ET, featuring live performances from board members Willie Nelson and Family, Neil Young and the Chrome Hearts, John Mellencamp, Dave Matthews with Tim Reynolds, Margo Price, and Nathaniel Rateliff. CNN anchors John Berman and Laura Coates will co-anchor the broadcast, with Chief Climate Correspondent Bill Weir reporting on the ground.
Audio coverage will begin at 12 p.m. ET on SiriusXM channels Willie’s Roadhouse and Dave Matthews Band Radio, featuring full festival performances and backstage interviews. Free online video streaming starts at 11:30 a.m. ET on nugs and FarmAid.org, beginning with the morning press event featuring participating artists and regional farmers.
Recording artist Ty Myers, who grew up on a Texas family cattle ranch, has been added to the festival lineup. He joins a bill that includes Turnpike Troubadours, Lukas Nelson, Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs, Jesse Welles, Sierra Ferrell, Mon Rovîa, I’m With Her, Amythyst Kiah, Lily Meola, Chris Pierce, and the Wisdom Indian Dancers.
Ticket prices for the Virginia Beach event range from $85 to $350. Since its founding in 1985, the organization has raised more than $90 million to support family farmers and promote agricultural programs across the country.
