Don Francisco’s Coffee has announced its 2026 Holiday Collection, introducing two limited-time seasonal flavors for the autumn and winter months. The lineup features Maple Pecan and Holiday Blend, both crafted using 100% Arabica coffee beans.
The Maple Pecan offering is a smooth medium roast that blends sweet maple, toasted pecans, and caramel undertones. The Holiday Blend is a medium-dark roast characterized by a nutty aroma, creamy chocolate notes, and a caramelized finish.
Beginning in October, both varieties are available at select grocery stores and online in 12-ounce ground coffee bags and 12-count single-serve pods compatible with Keurig brewers. Customers can also purchase the collection through Amazon in 20-ounce bags and 24-count single-serve pod formats.
To accompany the seasonal product launch, the coffee brand created two custom recipes using the new roasts. The recipes include an iced coffee topped with salted maple foam and toasted pecans, along with a festive coffee cocktail garnished with nutmeg.
Don Francisco’s Coffee operates as the flagship premium brand of the Gaviña Coffee Company, a family-owned roasting operation. The company developed the collection for seasonal gatherings, holiday brunches, and everyday home brewing.
