Apple TV has released the trailer for the second season of Knife Edge: Chasing Michelin Stars, an eight-part docuseries following restaurants during the Michelin Guide evaluation period. Hosted by food and travel expert Jesse Burgess, the new season premieres on Friday, September 25, 2026, with two episodes.
Executive produced by Gordon Ramsay and Studio Ramsay Global, the series follows 16 establishments across Great Britain, Ireland, the United States, Brazil, France, the Nordics, and Germany. The featured venues vary from a sandwich shop that shifts to fine dining at night to high-volume locations and remote destination restaurants.
In the United States, the series highlights locations in Florida, California, and Miami Beach. Participating chefs include Jonathan Kaiser of Calusso, Alejandra Espinoza of COTOA, Jeremy Ford of Stubborn Seed, Patrick Gabon of Restaurant Naides, and Sean McGaughey of Troubadour Bread & Bistro.
International locations featured in season two include Vraic on Guernsey, Ynyshir in Wales, Madame Olympe and Oseille in Rio de Janeiro, and Evvai in São Paulo. The series also covers European establishments such as Mallory Gabsi and Erre in France, Adam Albin and Ekstedt in Sweden, and L.A. Jordan and tulus lotrek in Germany.
Produced by Studio Ramsay Global, the series is executive produced by Gordon Ramsay, Lisa Edwards, Lorraine Charker-Phillips, and Jill Greenwood, with James Callum serving as director. The docuseries will be available for streaming on Apple TV.
