Jack McBrayer returns to explore ‘Zillow Gone Wild’ as HGTV real estate hits debut May 1

HGTV will lean into the whimsical and extravagant side of the housing market this spring with the return of “Zillow Gone Wild” and “My Lottery Dream Home,” the network announced.
Both series are scheduled to premiere new back-to-back episodes on Friday, May 1, beginning at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The third season of “Zillow Gone Wild” follows comedian and actor Jack McBrayer as he tours non-traditional properties inspired by the viral Instagram account of the same name. This season’s highlights include a home in Arkansas built into a rock cave and a Las Vegas bunker situated 26 feet underground.
In the season premiere at 9:30 p.m., McBrayer travels to Terlingua, Texas, to inspect a residence containing 40 feet of an original Boeing 727, complete with its cockpit. The episode also features a visually experimental studio in Pennsylvania and a 1970s-themed “pink penthouse” in Miami.
“Jack’s real estate excursions will reveal more extravagant and jaw-dropping properties than before,” the network said in a statement. The season will culminate in a crossover finale where McBrayer joins “My Lottery Dream Home” star David Bromstad to tour an international spy-themed estate in Reunion, Florida.
Bromstad’s series, which ranks as a top-five program for the network among adults aged 25-54, returns at 9 p.m. for its new season. The premiere features Bromstad assisting a couple in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains as they use an inheritance to search for a mountain cabin to serve as a secondary home base.
“My Lottery Dream Home” continues to be a viewership powerhouse for HGTV, attracting more than 15.2 million viewers per month. This season, Bromstad will scout luxury properties across New York, Florida, and Ohio to satisfy his clients’ high-end wish lists.
Episodes of “Zillow Gone Wild” will be available to stream the following day on Max. Fans can engage with the shows on social media using the hashtags #ZillowGoneWild and #MyLotteryDreamHome.
