Omni Hotels & Resorts is bringing back its holiday traditions and adding new experiences at its more than 50 destinations this season. The lineup includes tree lighting ceremonies, decorated Santa’s Landing rooms, new Signature Experiences and Blitzen’s Bar at more properties than ever.
“Throughout this year, we’ve celebrated the traditions that have brought us together for generations, and the holidays are a natural extension of that,” said Michael Innocentin, chief marketing officer at Omni Hotels & Resorts. “We’re embracing that sense of nostalgia with thoughtful programming across our properties, creating memorable moments that feel just as special for adults as they do for our youngest guests.”
The Blitzen’s Bar pop-up returns at 30 properties across the U.S., with all locations open by Nov. 20. Omni will transform existing hotel bars into festive hideaways featuring cocktails from mixologist, author, and bar owner Julie Reiner. Reiner, co-founder of New York’s Clover Club and Milady’s and a judge on Netflix’s “Drink Masters,” returns for a third year.
The menu includes eight signature cocktails and two zero-proof drinks. New this year are Santa’s Soirée, a gin and sparkling wine cocktail with citrus and pomegranate notes, and the zero-proof Elf Elixir, made with dragon fruit, lemon, strawberry and green apple boba. Returning favorites include The Blitzen, Frost Bite, Sleigh Ride, Espress-Ho Ho Martini, Va Va Vixen and the zero-proof Merry Spritz-mas. Holiday bites such as Mistletoe & Maple Savory Sticks and Santa’s Secret Cookie Stash vary by property.
Omni is also introducing locally inspired Signature Experiences. At Omni La Costa Resort & Spa, guests can share a family recipe with Chef Emily Brubaker, the winner of NBC’s “Yes, Chef!,” who will create a personalized holiday menu. Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate offers a tethered sunrise hot air balloon ride more than 100 feet up, with hot chocolate, cookies and a limited-edition ornament to take home.
At Omni Nashville Hotel, a suite stay includes VIP tickets to Paul Vasterling’s “Nashville’s Nutcracker,” private black car transportation and dinner for two at Bob’s Steak & Chop House. The package also includes a festive in-room amenity and breakfast at Kitchen Notes the next morning.
On Nov. 28, Omni properties nationwide will light their Christmas trees at 6 p.m. local time as part of the annual Omni Lights Up the Holidays tradition. Guests can gather in hotel lobbies for complimentary holiday cookies and sweet treats.
Santa’s Landing rooms are available at 26 properties, including Omni Shoreham Hotel Washington D.C., Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta, Omni Severin Hotel in Indianapolis, and The Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto. The rooms come with a Christmas tree, stockings, Santa’s closet, holiday linens, and milk and cookies. Stays from Nov. 14, 2026, through Jan. 3, 2027, include a $100 hotel credit with a two-night minimum.
Omni will celebrate Hanukkah from Dec. 4-12, and guests can request a complimentary menorah for their room. Other touches include holiday-themed cups in Omni’s cafes, lobby mailboxes for letters to Santa, coloring sheets at check-in and a Christmas Eve stocking hung on guests’ doors. The National Gingerbread House Competition returns to The Omni Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa with more than $40,000 in cash and prizes, and entries will be displayed through the end of the year.
Two offers are available for holiday travel. The Magical Memories promotion gives up to 20% off stays plus a $25 food and beverage credit for stays Nov. 14, 2026, through March 31, 2027, when booked by Jan. 3, 2027. Bright Lights, Big Savings gives 30% off stays of two nights or more booked Nov. 19 through Dec. 3, for stays Nov. 26, 2026, through Feb. 28, 2027.
Omni Select Guest members get early access Nov. 12-18, along with 2x Omni Credits on bookings made during that window. The full list of participating Blitzen’s Bar locations and more details on the holiday programming are on Omni’s website.
