Six-time Grammy Award winner Amy Grant will release The Me That Remains (Deluxe Edition) on October 2 through Thirty Tigers. The digital-only expanded album features seven additional bonus tracks beyond the original release.
The new edition includes a updated version of “Please Don’t Make Me Beg” featuring co-writer Jon Foreman of Switchfoot. It also presents updated mixes of “The 6th of January (Yasgur’s Farm)” and “Beautiful Lone Companion,” alongside four live tracks recorded at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium.
Originally released on May 8, The Me That Remains marked Grant’s first project of new original songs in 13 years. The core album was produced by ten-time CMA Award winner Mac McAnally and includes tracks such as “The Saint” and “How Do We Get There From Here.”
The announcement follows Grant’s recent appearance at Americanafest, where she performed a showcase at Third and Lindsley and participated in a keynote discussion with NPR Music’s Jewly Hight. Over her five-decade career, Grant has sold more than 30 million albums and earned a 2022 Kennedy Center Honor.
Grant is on a U.S. tour alongside Franni Cash and Mac McAnally, with scheduled dates in Dallas, San Francisco, and Memphis. She will later join Michael W. Smith and CeCe Winans for a holiday tour before returning to the Ryman Auditorium in December for her annual Christmas performances with Vince Gill.
