The Food Allergy Institute has announced the opening of its first East Coast clinical site, located at 79 Hudson Street in Hoboken, New Jersey. The venue marks the California-founded organization’s first expansion outside of its original state.
The new location will begin seeing patients later this month. A public ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 17, to celebrate the official opening with the local community.
The clinic offers the institute’s proprietary Tolerance Induction Program, an individualized treatment protocol designed to build lasting food tolerance. The program utilizes artificial intelligence analytics and machine learning to track patient data, predict treatment milestones, and guide patients toward remission.
Prior to opening the New Jersey location, families in the region were required to travel cross-country to access the protocol. The institute established local patient transfer infrastructure, scheduling systems, and insurance coordination processes to support the new site.
The expansion aims to increase access to specialized food allergy care for families across the greater New York metropolitan area. Data-driven treatment protocols at the Hoboken facility will mirror those provided at the organization’s original California clinics.
