Six Flags Great Adventure launched its new summer entertainment series, Boardwalk Nights, at the Shoreline Pier district. The evening event debuted on June 19 and is scheduled to run on select nights through August 2. Activities take place on the park’s boardwalk area, transforming the space into a late-day entertainment destination as the sun sets.
The performance lineup features live music from the Boardwalk Band and vocal entertainment by the Singin’ SeaGals. The scheduling also incorporates specialized specialty acts including the Beachside Balancers, Surfs Up, and Sway-Watch. Each participating evening concludes with a coordinated musical and performance showcase titled Boardwalk Nights The Final Wave.
The event marks the inaugural summer operations for the newly established Shoreline Pier entertainment district.The new section contains five distinct rides, regional midway games, retail shopping storefronts, and specialized food locations.
Food options available during the evening hours include traditional boardwalk items such as fresh-cut french fries, funnel cakes, and assorted frozen treats. Visitors also maintain regular evening access to the amusement park’s standard roller coasters and attractions, including the Nitro and El Toro roller coasters.
Public admission to the evening festival grounds is included with standard daily park tickets, annual season passes, and corporate membership plans. Complete daily calendars, entertainment schedules, and specific event night listings are maintained through the main regional park website. All scheduled show times and specific performance lineups remain subject to operational adjustments.
