Singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding has released her latest single, “4 Seasons,” ahead of her sixth studio album, I Know Too Much. The album is scheduled for release on September 4 through Polydor Records.

Co-written and produced by executive producer Jack Rochon, “4 Seasons” pairs acoustic guitar with electronic production. The track follows the earlier release of her song “Black Prada Dress.”

Goulding first debuted the single during a June appearance on Later… With Jools Holland, with video of the performance released online. The singer connected with Rochon on TikTok before working together on the album over the past two years.

According to Goulding, the album was written in the studio as a response to a period of personal change. The record marks her latest release in a 17-year career that includes over 55 billion global streams and 44 million album sales worldwide.

Goulding recently performed at half-time during the England and Norway World Cup quarter-final match and featured on Muse’s single “Hush.” Her 2009 song “Starry Eyed” also returned to the UK Official Charts earlier this year after trending on TikTok.
