Diplo releases country single ‘Two Steppin’ featuring Adrien Nunez
Grammy-winning producer and DJ Diplo has released “Two Steppin’,” a new country-inspired single featuring rising artist Adrien Nunez. The track, out today via Atlantic Outpost, marks Diplo’s first release in the genre since his 2025 collaboration with Bailey Zimmerman.
The song’s debut took place during Diplo’s close-out performance at the Stagecoach festival, where he played to a crowd of over 65,000. The festival also featured “Diplo’s HonkyTonk,” a curated stage that hosted a variety of performers and guests including Juicy J, Waka Flocka, and Sydney Sweeney.
“Adrien and I knew we made something special with this track,” Diplo said. “It was only right that we debuted it at Stagecoach — it’s the biggest party in country music, there’s no place like it.” Nunez added that blending country energy with dance music felt like the “perfect way to create something wild, upbeat and made for a good time.”
Diplo, born Thomas Wesley Pentz, has a long history in the genre, including two full-length albums and a Diamond-certified hit with Morgan Wallen. The new single arrives during a prolific year for the producer, who recently executive produced BTS’ comeback album, “ARIRANG,” and performed at the Coachella main stage with Major Lazer.
