Wilderness Place Lodge, a remote fly-in fishing lodge in Alaska, is accepting inquiries and reservations for 2027 and 2028 trips. The lodge offers guided fishing, private cabins, chef-prepared meals, and customized outdoor itineraries.
The lodge sits about 70 miles northwest of Anchorage in the Susitna Valley region of Southcentral Alaska. Guests reach it by floatplane. Qualifying all-inclusive packages combine round-trip floatplane transportation from Anchorage, accommodations, meals, guided activities, and essential fishing equipment.
Guided excursions take place on nearby rivers and lakes. Depending on location and time of year, anglers can pursue Pacific salmon, rainbow trout, Arctic grayling, and northern pike. Outings can be tailored to experienced anglers and first-time fishermen alike.
Guests stay in private deluxe cabins with private bathrooms, heating, and electricity. The lodge has nine guest cabins and can host up to 18 guests, which makes it an option for family gatherings, small retreats and groups of friends. Depending on the package, guests may also add scenic float trips, remote cabin stays and wildlife viewing arranged through the lodge and its partners.
The lodge is offering early-booking incentives for qualifying 2028 reservations made before Nov. 1, 2027. Groups of two or more guests who book a minimum two-night fishing lodge package can receive a $300 Anchorage hotel credit per two guests for the night before arrival. They can also lock in 2027 pricing for 2028 trips and reserve with a 20% deposit. Terms and eligibility requirements apply.
