Parker McCollum has released an acoustic album, Live From Sound City, through MCA. The album is out now.
The record revisits 15 songs from McCollum’s catalog with the production stripped back. The tracks include “To Be Loved By You,” “Handle On You,” “Til the End,” “Solid Country Gold,” “Permanent Headphones” and “South of the City Lights.”
McCollum is a 2026 CMA Award nominee for album of the year. Later this month, he will make his first trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland as direct support for Cody Johnson. The shows include stops at AO Arena, The O2, Utilita Arena, OVO Hydro, SSE Arena Belfast and The 3Arena.
In December, McCollum will join Koe Wetzel for the return of their Naughty or Nice Tour. The six-date co-headlining run sold out within a few hours of tickets going on sale. It is the first time the tour has taken place in seven years. Jackson Wendell and Logan Jahnke are special guests.
McCollum is a Texas-born singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist with four consecutive No. 1 hits, including “Pretty Heart,” “To Be Loved By You,” “Handle On You” and “Burn It Down.” He has won three ACM Awards and a CMT Award, and has four CMA Award nominations. His current single, “Killin’ Me,” is on country radio.
