Magnolia Network is launching its summer television lineup with a new series premiere and fresh episodes of returning programming. The upcoming schedule highlights residential and commercial property renovations centered around lakeside locations.
The network will broadcast new episodes of Lakefront Bargain Hunt Renovation on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific Time. The reality series tracks homeowners as they search for and remodel bargain waterfront properties into vacation homes.
An eight-episode run of the renovation series begins on July 7 with a project on Deep Creek Lake in Maryland. Subsequent episodes throughout July and August feature property transformations in Minnesota, Indiana, New York, Vermont, Michigan, Illinois, and Kentucky.
A new six-episode spinoff series titled Maine Cabin Masters: All Inn will premiere on Monday, July 27 at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific Time. The show follows builder Chase Morrill, his wife Sarah, and their construction crew over a nine-month period.
The team works to transform a rundown bed and breakfast into a 12-acre lakeside inn. The episodes document structural challenges such as hidden wood rot and insect infestations, alongside weather delays and wildlife encounters with porcupines.
Weekly episodes show the renovation of bathrooms with help from Maine artisans, the installation of a commercial kitchen, and the addition of three new cabins. The season finale is scheduled to air on Monday, August 31, documenting the completion of a barn venue space and outdoor guest patios.
