Knaggs Guitars is releasing a limited run of 25 instruments to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States. The Maryland-based manufacturer designed the commemorative series based on its existing Kenai and Severn guitar models.

The instruments in the USA 250th Limited Edition series feature distinct design details. The fretboard inlay depicts the United States flag accompanied by two Blue Angel F18s and two Thunderbird F16s performing a flyby. Additionally, the headstock inlay features a vintage USA rondel design.

Guitar builder Joe Knaggs noted that 50 years ago he painted a mural of the American flag for the United States Bicentennial at his junior high school. He stated that it is a unique milestone to manufacture these anniversary models five decades later.

Production for this anniversary release is strictly restricted to 25 guitars total. Knaggs Guitars is currently managing the release from its operations in Greensboro, Maryland.

Interested buyers and collectors have a limited window to secure one of the commemorative pieces. Knaggs Guitars will accept orders for the USA 250th series until July 31, 2026.
