Jessie Ware has officially released her newest single, “Sauna,” from her current studio album, Superbloom. The track was distributed through EMI Records following the parent album’s debut at number two on the Official UK Albums Chart.
The single centers on themes of intimacy and desire, utilizing rhythmic grooves and melodic production. Ware stated that fans directly requested the song’s release as a single, prompting plans for an accompanying music video and subsequent remixes.
A new remix by London production collective Horse Meat Disco was released alongside the original track. The new version adapts the song into a disco-infused club track while retaining the original atmosphere.
Superbloom marks Ware’s fifth full-length studio release and explores themes of womanhood, pleasure, and personal connection. The project also contains her previously released singles “Automatic,” “Ride,” and “I Could Get Used To This.”
The artist is scheduled to support the album with the Superbloom tour, which represents her largest global touring schedule and her first arena run in the United Kingdom. The upcoming concert dates feature North American stops at Radio City Music Hall in New York and the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
The international tour will eventually conclude with a large performance in her hometown at The O2 Arena in London. Ware’s previous live performance schedule includes major festival appearances at Glastonbury and Primavera Sound.
