The rock supergroup Hollywood Vampires has announced a new live album titled At Montreux Jazz Festival. The upcoming release will be distributed through the label earMUSIC.
The album serves as a live document of the band’s 2018 performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival. The group consists of core members Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, Joe Perry, and Tommy Henriksen.
The track list includes several cover versions that have not been previously released by the band. Among these tracks is a rendition of Motörhead’s “Ace of Spades,” which was performed as a tribute to Lemmy.
The first song from the live project, “Raise The Dead,” has been released online alongside an accompanying live video. The track follows the band’s previous studio catalog, which includes their 2015 self-titled debut album and their 2019 release, Rise.
The group originally formed as a creative project rooted in the spirit of the original Hollywood Vampires collective. Over their career, the band has performed at major global music festivals and completed multiple international concert tours.
